Our Policies


Payment is due upon receipt of services. We will direct bill on your behalf, or provide you with a receipt to submit to any private insurance that you may have. We are happy to assist you with any other documentation that you may require to submit a claim to your private insurance.


We require 50% down on a glasses order to initiate lens production. Frames and lenses must be paid for in full at the time of dispensing. We request that contact lens orders be paid in full at the time of ordering.


All prescriptions are valid from one year from the date of issue. Due to quality control and our desire to ensure the accuracy of all prescriptions filled by our office, we reserve the right to not fill any glasses or contact lens prescriptions generated outside of our office. If you have had a recent exam, we are happy to verify the accuracy of the prescription during a brief appointment. Upon request, a copy of your prescription will be provided to you. Measurement of Interpupillary Distance is not required to determine your refractive error, therefore it is not part of the prescription. PD measurements are to be determined by the provider of eyewear.
